Ron launched BizMacs in March of 2006 and has been continuing to offer enterprise Macintosh desktop support services, system administrations, and overseeing multi-million dollar data center build-outs and video production infrastructures for some of the most prestigious and successful companies on the planet.
Prior to BizMacs, Ron was co-founder of MacWorkMatter, LLC offering Macintosh support services to small to medium size corporate Mac-dependent print and design firms in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. In addition to providing technical support, Ron was responsible for overseeing customer relations and project management, while pursuing Apple and networking certifications.
Before MacWorkMatters, Ron was the lead Apple infrastructure technician for Oracle corporation in Redwood Shores, California from 1997 to 2001 supporting the creative marketing departments and the executives responsible for producing Oracle’s annual Oracle Open World conference in San Francisco.
Tlaca joined BizMacs in August of 2008 as a field technician and has worked to master every support function within the company up to Sr. System Administrator before assuming the role of Director of Infrastructure in 2012.
Prior to BizMacs, Tlaca worked at Pixar for over half of a decade acting as one of the lead Macintosh support technicians supporting end-users and production staff for one of the most demanding and highly technical industries in the Bay Area.
Tlaca continues to work in the field supporting clients and integrating unique enterprise hardware and software solutions that focus on enterprise fibre networking, SOX security, XSAN services, video infrastructure, large capacity storage solution, data replication, private cloud services and developing and integrating collaborative business tools and solutions that most companies don’t even know exist.
